Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent, ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and seamless onboarding processes.
  • Foster strong partnerships with end-users to gain a deep understanding of hiring requirements and develop tailored strategies to address these needs effectively.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including assessments, structured interviews, and reference checks, while providing constructive feedback to applicants.
  • Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, delivering regular insights and updates to the team to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and networking functions, to strengthen employer branding and attract top candidates.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout the hiring process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) Psychology, Human Resources, Management (preferably from Information Technology)
  • Good Communication, Initiative, and Goal Oriented
  • 1+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT industry or handle recruitment for IT role (Software Engineers, IT Business Analyst, IT Project manager etc)
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
  • A deep understanding of the industry and market trends in talent acquisition, as well as familiarity with best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the organization and the job opportunity to potential candidates.
  • Able to analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decision.
