🔹 Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, to interview coordination
- Source potential candidates through various platforms and channels
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and users
- Maintain good relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines
🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially for Tech Roles (plus SAP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Available to join immediately and willing to work in Bogor
