Job Descriptions:
- Hiring and understanding technical requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills Maintain an organized database of candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- ready to achieve targets either month or quarter
- ready to collect pre-agreement letter documents
- Source qualified SAP candidates through job portals, ATS, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct CV screening and HR interviews, including basic technical screening for SAP profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and SAP project teams.
- Actively manage and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing SAP hiring needs.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of SAP candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders, SAP consultants, and project managers to understand hiring requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in [specific industry IT Consultant ].
- SAP Functional: SD, MM, FICO, PP, PM, SM, etc.
- SAP Technical: ABAP, Basis, S/4HANA
- Good understanding of SAP roles and terminology:
- Functional vs Technical roles
- Implementation, Support, Rollout, Project-based roles
- Ability to perform technical CV screening for SAP candidates
- Experience working with IT stakeholders and SAP users
- Capable of conducting HR interviews and basic technical screening
