Job Description:
- Hiring and understanding technical requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills Maintain an organized database of candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ready to achieve targets either month or quarter
- Ready to collect pre-agreement letter documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in [specific industry IT Consultant].
- Strong understanding of various tech roles and relevant skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
