Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within the IT or tech industry (outsourcing)
- Proficient in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and leveraging recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.
- Ability to comprehend technical job specifications and possess basic knowledge of relevant technologies in the industry.
- Capable of building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams and effectively communicating job expectations.
- Ability to analyze recruitment needs and develop new methods to find the best talent.
- Familiarity with administering assessments like DISC, GMT, logic tests, and coding assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Actively networks with industry professionals and collaborates with universities or IT communities to attract top talent.
