Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech Recruiter) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and digital roles. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced BPO/IT outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT and technology positions, including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Project Managers, and other technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements, job qualifications, and recruitment timelines.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiations and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure recruitment targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Maintain candidate engagement and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
- Support employer branding initiatives and other talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or IT Recruiter.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT, technology, or digital-related positions.
- Strong understanding of technology roles, including Software Development, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product Management.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and various sourcing techniques.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a BPO, IT Outsourcing, Recruitment Agency, or Headhunting company.
- Established network within the technology talent market.
Experience handling both high-volume recruitment and niche technical hiring.
