Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles

Support Recruitment Business Manager to source the requirements

Screen and shortlist qualified candidates

Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication

Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Maintain recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring updates

Specific requirements :

Bachelor degree from any background (prefer from Psychology, min GPA 3.00)

Experience as Tech Recruiter min 5 years

Able to work with minimum Supervisory

Has good and stable tracked record of closure

Good communication and good interview skills

Task oriented and target oriented
