Deskripsi pekerjaan Tech Product Manager (for GetPlus) PT Merah Cipta Media (MCM Group)
Job Requirement :
- Have min 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Be able to explain features to customers with technical details
- Master the functionalities, benefits, and capabilities of the current products
- Able to communicate technical solutions to both internal and external audiences
- Has the ability to discuss with customer experts in their field at all levels including C-level management
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferable hands-on database with Excel and SQL
- Pay strong attention to detail
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
Job Responsibility :
- Manage the development process to achieve planned objectives of the product (or its features)
- Foster collaboration with business product manager, product designers, engineers, quality assurance, and scrum master to explore, develop, and launch products
- Work with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly
- Ensure that user story content and prioritization is aligned to the larger strategic objective
- Define product success criteria, testing and post-launch sequences
- Participate in ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product capability definition
- Understand industry flow and trends
- Work with product management analytics tools
