Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee scalable backend, frontend, database, API, and system architecture to ensure high-performance applications.
- Lead the development team by conducting code reviews, assigning technical tasks, mentoring developers, and maintaining engineering best practices.
- Resolve technical challenges, including production issues, performance optimization, bug fixing, and technical debt management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, database schemas, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, HRIS, Finance Systems, PPIC, and SaaS products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend/Full Stack Developer, or Tech Lead, including 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in backend development, system architecture, database design, API development, code review, and modern programming languages such as Go, Node.js, Laravel, Java, Python, or Next.js/Nuxt.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, deployment, and software development best practices, including security and performance optimization.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills, with experience building enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, WMS, HRIS, Finance Systems, Manufacturing Systems, or SaaS) being a strong advantage.
