Deskripsi pekerjaan Team Performance Coordinator Flokq
# Team Performance Coordinator
### About the Role
Flokq is looking for a **Team Performance Coordinator** to help lead and improve the performance of our 12-person Supply team.
This is a highly execution-focused role. The team works through structured daily time blocks to contact hundreds of property agents, identify and source new property opportunities, maintain accurate property data, and keep the supply pipeline moving.
Your job is to make sure the team consistently performs at a high level — not simply by monitoring whether work gets done, but by **using data to identify problems, improving processes, coaching team members, and increasing productivity over time.**
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with **people, numbers, processes, and targets** and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where performance can be measured every day.
### What You Will Do
#### 1. Team Coordination & Daily Execution
* Coordinate the daily activities of a 12-person team.
* Ensure team members follow their assigned daily schedules and work blocks.
* Monitor completion of daily activities and identify gaps or delays.
* Make sure priorities are clearly understood and executed.
* Follow up quickly when team members fall behind their expected output.
* Escalate staffing, capacity, attendance, or operational issues when necessary.
* Help ensure sufficient team coverage throughout the day.
#### 2. Performance & Productivity Management
* Monitor individual and team performance using daily and weekly KPIs.
* Track productivity, activity volume, completion rates, response rates, and other relevant metrics.
* Identify consistently underperforming team members and understand the underlying reasons.
* Work with team members to improve their productivity and execution.
* Recognize strong performers and identify practices that can be replicated across the team.
* Set clear expectations and ensure the team consistently works toward agreed targets.
* Prepare regular performance updates and highlight key issues requiring management attention.
#### 3. Data Analysis & Problem Solving
* Use performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring problems.
* Analyze where time is being lost and where the team's output can be improved.
* Compare individual and team performance to identify trends and opportunities.
* Investigate the reasons behind performance changes rather than simply reporting the numbers.
* Turn data into practical recommendations and actions.
* Maintain accurate performance tracking and reporting.
#### 4. Process Improvement
* Continuously review how the team works and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Improve workflows, schedules, processes, and working methods based on actual performance data.
* Test improvements and measure whether they produce better results.
* Help develop clearer SOPs and working guidelines where needed.
* Identify repetitive manual work and opportunities to simplify or automate processes.
* Ensure process changes are properly implemented and adopted by the team.
#### 5. Outreach & Property Supply Activities
* Oversee a team responsible for contacting a large number of property agents every day.
* Ensure agents are contacted consistently and according to the team's workflow.
* Monitor the quality and effectiveness of outreach activities.
* Ensure relevant property opportunities are properly identified, followed up, and recorded.
* Monitor the team's ability to generate new property supply.
* Work with the team to improve outreach approaches and response rates.
* Ensure property and agent information is accurately maintained in the company's systems.
#### 6. Coaching & Team Development
* Coach team members based on actual performance and observed behavior.
* Identify specific weaknesses rather than relying only on overall KPI results.
* Help lower-performing team members understand what they need to change.
* Provide practical feedback and follow up on improvement plans.
* Share effective working methods across the team.
* Build a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
### What We're Looking For
* **1–3 years of experience** in team coordination, customer service, telesales, sales support, data operations, marketplace operations, business operations, or another high-volume execution environment.
* Experience coordinating or supervising a team is strongly preferred.
* Strong numerical and analytical thinking — you should be comfortable looking at a spreadsheet and figuring out **what is actually going wrong**.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Comfortable working with daily targets, KPIs, schedules, and performance metrics.
* Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
* Able to identify problems, investigate their root causes, and propose practical solutions.
* Comfortable giving feedback and holding team members accountable.
* Good communication skills and confidence working with different personalities.
* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
* Comfortable learning and working with CRM, internal systems, dashboards, and other digital tools.
* Able to work independently and take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
* **Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable communicating in English.**
### The Person We're Looking For
You will do well in this role if you are the kind of person who naturally asks:
**“Why is this number low?”**
**“Where is the bottleneck?”**
**“Why is this person performing differently?”**
**“Can we change the process?”**
**“Did the change actually improve the result?”**
You should enjoy working with both **people and data**.
This is not a purely administrative coordination role. We are looking for someone who wants to **own team performance and continuously make the way the team works better.**
### What Success Looks Like
After joining, you will be expected to progressively improve:
* Team productivity and utilization
* Completion of scheduled daily activities
* Outreach volume and effectiveness
* Property supply generation
* Data accuracy and completeness
* Process adherence
* Individual performance consistency
* Performance of lower-performing team members
* Overall team output per available working hour
The goal is simple: **help a 12-person team consistently produce more, better, and more efficiently.**
### Why Join Flokq?
* Work directly with a fast-moving technology company in the property sector.
* Take ownership of a team with measurable, visible impact on the business.
* Work in a data-driven environment where improvements can be tested and measured.
* Develop experience across people management, performance management, analytics, and process improvement.
* Work closely with management and other teams to solve real operational problems.
