Job Description: – Team Leader – Electrical (Cabinet)
Position: Team Leader – Electrical (Cabinet)
Department: Operational
Reports to: Electrical Supervisor
1. Team Coordination & Daily Task Distribution
• Assign daily tasks to cabinet technicians based on Supervisor's work list.
• Set priorities (e.g., urgent troubleshooting, installation, testing).
• Ensure team members clearly understand instructions before field deployment.
• Adjust and reschedule work plans when urgent or unexpected issues arise.
2. Work Validation & Field Reporting
• Review the quality and completeness of completed tasks before confirming them as done.
• Verify the accuracy of daily work reports submitted by technicians.
• Collect supporting documentation such as photos, videos, and test results.
• Provide feedback and corrections for any reporting errors or omissions.
3. Cabinet Testing & Deployment Supervision
• Ensure all cabinets undergo proper internal testing before deployment.
• Oversee cabinet preparation, including electrical setup, firmware updates, battery, and communication checks.
• Record and report any failed tests, defects, or rework requirements.
• Confirm that all cabinets are fully ready and safe for deployment in the field.
