Job Description
- Monitor the team's performance and assist team members in handling complex customer complaints (hard complaints).
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Service team.
- Take responsibility for achieving individual and team performance targets.
- Analyze the team's daily and monthly performance.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the operational team to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss issues, updates, performance, and operational improvements.
Qualification
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
