Deskripsi pekerjaan Team Leader Affiliate Specialist PT ME TOO INTERNATIONAL
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end KOL and Affiliate operations, including acquisition, engagement, contract negotiation, scheduling, and content execution across e-commerce short videos, livestreaming, and other relevant channel.
- Collect, organize, and analyze livestreaming and influencer marketing data, ensuring strong GMV and ROI performance.
- Develop GMV and sales growth strategies through affiliate programs.
- Set KOL Live affiliate targets and monitor performance.
- Manage KOL Live affiliate administration (commission data, sales reports, link updates).
- Support execution of affiliate campaigns to achieve GMV targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader for Affiliate Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Campaigns.
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel) to measure reach, engagement, conversions, ROI.
- Skilled in designing influencer marketing strategies from planning, execution, to performance review.
- Able to negotiate contracts and KOL fees based on allocated budget.
- Strong in negotiation, relationship management, good communication skill verbal and non-verbal.
- Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams.
