Teaching Assistant (English Subject) – Part-Time
About the Role
POLY English Indonesia is looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality English learning experiences for students.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children, are organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist teachers during classroom activities and student learning sessions.
Support student engagement and classroom management.
Assist with administrative tasks related to classes and student records.
Support assessment, reporting, and academic documentation as required.
Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to ensure smooth classroom operations.
Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement of teaching materials and learning activities.
Requirements
Preferably in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Passionate about education and working with children.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.
Working Arrangement
Part-Time Position
5 working days per week
Approximately 25 hours per week
Work location: Pondok Indah, South Jakarta
