Full-Time Teacher

Location: Lychee Learning Center, Cepaka, Bali

Job Description:

-Teach and guide students in small group or one-on-one settings (ages 6–11).

-Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans following Lychee Learning’s curriculum and philosophy.

-Foster a supportive, positive, and student-centered learning environment.

-Communicate regularly with parents and the Lychee team about student progress.

-Maintain a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment

-Ensure smooth and effective classroom sessions, maintaining structure, flow, and student safety throughout the program.

-Support in planning and facilitating events or special projects.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

-Has experience teaching kids from various background in a classroom or homeschool setup

Comfortable communicating in English (fluency not required, but should be confident in basic conversation).

-Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or project-based learning) is a plus.

-Able to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching style to students’ needs

-Patient, empathetic, and positive personality

-Patient, creative, and passionate about children’s learning.

-Have their own transportation and able to work on-site at our center in Cepaka, Bali.

-Based in Bali, from Indonesia
