JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Plan & deliver the highest quality of lessons.
- Ensure the student has the best English 1 experience possible.
- Monitor student's development and communicate frequently with the parents.
- Strive to develop professional skillset via attending workshops, training, and self- learning tasks.
- Participate in marketing and off-site events.
- Conduct placement tests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor degree, or D3 (preferably majoring in English/Teaching)
- Excellent English proficiency (Min. of CEFR B2 level).
- Having a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Love being around students and care about their progress & development.
- Well dressed; maintaining an attractive yet professional look is a plus.
- Have a positive body language, attitude, and proper etiquette.
- Having a TOEFL / IELTS Certificate is a huge advantage.
- English 1 Teachers will be trained to meet the expectation of English 1 Academic Standards.
