*Qualifications*

Female, aged 25–35 years

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1); major in Japanese Language or Japanese Language Education preferred

Japanese language proficiency of at least JLPT N3/N2 level

Experience teaching Japanese; former Japan work/internship experience is an advantage

Able to develop learning materials and deliver interactive lessons

Strong communication skills and a disciplined work attitude

Capable of guiding students in preparation for work/internship programs in Japan

Familiar with Japanese culture and workplace ethics

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Willing to work full time in accordance with company regulations

*Job Description*

Teach the Japanese language to students in accordance with the LPK curriculum

Create and develop learning materials, exercises, and student assessment tools

Guide students in JLPT preparation and work/internship programs in Japan

Provide training on Japanese culture, workplace ethics, and work habits

Ensure the learning process is interactive, disciplined, and effective

Conduct regular assessments of student progress and competency development

Motivate and support students throughout the training period

Prepare reports on student learning outcomes and progress

Coordinate with the academic team regarding schedules, materials, and learning activities

Assist students with job/internship interview preparation and Japanese conversation simulations

Maintain the quality of instruction in accordance with company standards

Carry out other tasks related to academic activities and Japanese language training as directed by the company
