Get to know the role
As a Teacher at GenstarKids Indonesia, you will be instrumental in shaping the intellectual and social development of our learners. You will create engaging lessons, manage the classroom, and ensure a positive, nurturing, and stimulating environment for students.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage the classroom environment, ensuring students are engaged and all necessary supplies are prepared.
- Develop and improve lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
- Create educational and engaging activities that inspire and excite children.
- Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing learning environment.
- Participate in recruitment events, school fairs, open houses, and other promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents to support student growth and development.
- Monitor, track, and help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to marketing activities.
- Utilise data analytics to identify and solve problems in the classroom.
Required Characteristics:
- Understand about child developmental stage
- Thrives under pressure and maintains a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a growth mindset and a ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Applicant Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Psychology, PGSD, Computer Science
- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience at the Kindergarten/Primary level.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Preferable mandarin speaker.
