Job Description
Assist the Teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities [Teacher Assistant].
Help with classroom management, maintaining an orderly and focused learning environment [Teacher Assistant].
Providing individualised support and one on one attention to students with diverse learning needs [Shadow Teacher].
Collaborating closely with teachers to implement personalised learning strategies and interventions [Shadow Teacher].
Fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes student engagement and confidence
Monitoring student progress and communicating regularly with the teaching team
Be flexible in performing other assigned duties while ensuring the primary responsibilities remain the first priority.
Assist the student during lessons, group activities, and individual tasks.
Conduct focused tutoring sessions utilizing effective learning.
Provide regular feedback or student progress.
Collaborate closely with teachers to understand student needs and classroom dynamics.
