Job Description
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Mixologist with Sales skills to represent Chon Matcha / Chontea / Aftertea and actively promote our Matcha, Coffee, and Tea products. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, presenting products, and growing their career in the F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Beverage & Food product knowledge
- Perform attractive and informative drink presentations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives
- Maintain good teamwork with other Mixologist and Office central team
- Learn and assist in basic operational tasks when required
- Serve customers and making menu creations based on Coffee, Tea, Matcha recipes
Requirements
- Extroverted personality with strong communication skills
- Good English speaking ability
- Confident in public speaking and product presentation
- Willing to learn barista skills and beverage knowledge
- Target-oriented and motivated by high incentives
- Well-presented, neat grooming, and professional appearance
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, matcha, or barista skills is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to grow, learn, and build a long-term career
