Tea Barista/Store Crew (Trainee)

We are looking for a Store Crew Trainee who is enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic to join our team to be prepared to become a Tea Barista

📍 Location: AEON Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a tea-based beverage concept
2. Young, friendly, talented, and energetic personality is a must
3. Willing to work in shifts and flexible on public holidays
4. Minimum education: High School Diploma (or equivalent)
5. Well-groomed and able to represent the brand properly

What you'll do:

1. Prepare and serve tea-based beverages according to Gong Cha’s standards and recipes
2. Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
3. Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
4. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store at all times
5. Assist with stock management, inventory, and restocking supplies
6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
