WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT & TAX STAFF
Location: Alam Sutera / Tangerang
We are currently looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting & Tax Staff to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping using accounting software (e.g. Jurnal, Accurate, Xero, or similar).
- Record daily transactions, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2), VAT (PPN), e-Faktur, and e-Bupot reporting.
- Operate and manage tax reporting through Coretax.
- Prepare tax reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Maintain proper accounting and tax documentation and filing.
- Coordinate with HR, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounting and Tax.
- Proficient in accounting software (Jurnal, Accurate, Xero, SAP, or equivalent).
- Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
- Able to handle PPh 21 payroll tax reporting
- Able to prepare financial statements and tax reports independently.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Candidates must be able to use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas, reconciliation schedules, and prepare accounting and tax working papers independently.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly desirable.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including preparation of reports, correspondence, and discussions with external stakeholders.
