Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax returns, including but not limited to:
- Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan)
- Withholding Taxes (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), etc.)
- Value Added Tax (VAT/PPN)
2. Ensure timely submission of tax returns and payments in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
3. Assist in tax reconciliation between accounting records and tax reports.
4. Support tax audits, tax objections, and tax assessments by preparing required documentation.
5. Maintain organized and accurate tax documentation for clients.
6. Monitor updates on tax regulations and assist in internal dissemination of tax changes.
7. Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding tax data and requirements.
8. Provide administrative support related to tax compliance and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tax compliance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting procedures.
4. Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot systems.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
