Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and guide clients in using Pajakku’s tax and accounting applications
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate digital tax solutions
- Support the implementation process in accordance with project guidelines
- Conduct user training sessions on system functionality and best practices
- Prepare reports and continuously stay updated on tax technology trends to enhance client solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Brevet A & B certifications are required
- Strong interest in technology-based tax solutions and digital systems
- Familiar with tax software and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team player with strong presentation and communication skills
