Job Description:
Tax Executive
The Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and 1-3 years experienced Tax person to work with us.
Our ideal candidate is passionate person, self starter, eager to learn & proactive. You would be reporting directly to Finance & Accounting Sr Executive
Responsibilities:
- Organize and update the company’s tax database
- Prepare, estimate and track all tax payments and returns
- Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Tax or Accounting major from reputable university,
- Fluent in English : both verbal and written will be a plus point,
- Has 1-3 year experience as Tax specialist in a Tax consultant/ Public Accounting Firm
- Excellent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Able to use tax application system
- Good understanding in tax regulation, tax calculation, and tax reporting and audit (PPN/PPh)
- Hold Brevet A and B certificates (Preferred)
- Able to work under pressure, thorough, and discipline
- Excellent in administration skill and communication skills
Ideal Candidate:
- A very trustworthy person & logical
- Has worked as Tax in Tax consultant/ Public Accounting Firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
