Job Requirement and Description
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, taxation, or tax & financial consulting
- Familiar with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and similar systems
- Familiar with PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPN, and SPT Badan
- Experience leading a small team of 1–3 people, with the ability to assign work, review results, and track deadlines (preferred)
- Holding Brevet A & B certification (preferred)
- Experience in tax consulting firms, KAP, KJA, or serving foreign clients (preferred)
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Able to help the company establish processes and work standards
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with rapid development
- Not just a task executor, but also able to assist the company in improving its management system
