Deskripsi pekerjaan Tax (Compliance), Yogyakarta based AKRUA Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering tax compliance services for clients, including preparing tax calculation workpapers, generating ID Billing (Kode Billing), and administering tax withholding documents (Bukti Potong) through the Coretax system.
- Support the preparation, validation, and management of Tax Invoices (e-Faktur) using the Coretax platform.
- Assist with monthly and annual tax compliance processes, including tax payments, tax filings, and reconciliations.
- Support tax audit engagements by preparing working papers, compiling supporting documents, and assisting in responding to tax authority requests.
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
- Perform tax research and stay updated on the latest Indonesian tax regulations, particularly related to the implementation of Coretax.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in tax data while supporting resolution and continuous process improvements.
- Support internal and client tax projects through proper documentation, coordination, and progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Fiscal Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least having 6 month internship or organizational experience in taxation, accounting, public accounting firms, or tax consulting will be highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation, including VAT, Withholding Tax (PPh), and general tax compliance processes.
- Familiarity with Coretax or exposure to tax applications such as e-Faktur, e-SPT, or e-Filing through coursework or internships is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with good accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
