Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Accounting with Brevet A&B Certificate
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Accounting & Tax of Real Estate Company
• Proficient in using Accurate (Accounting Software), Ms Office (Excel and Word) and also Tax related software (Coretax & E-Faktur & E-BuPot)
• Update about Indonesia Tax
• Able to meet datelines for Financial Statement, Tax Reporting and Audit Report
• Able to determine tax implication for third party payment transactions and also real estate related transactions
• Able to determine suitable Chart of Account for every single inputted transaction (by accountant and finance)
• Able to organize data filing (softcopy and hardcopy)
• Able to in maintain good relationship and good working attitude with coworkers and third party
• Able to work independently (no staff), can manage schedule well and willing to work overtime
• Mastering English in oral and writing
Job Desk:
1. Verify tax documents and tax calculation for payment documents and sales related documents
2. Input transactions to Accounting Software (Purchase Invoice and Journal Vouchers including Adjustment)
3. Verify any journals from finance team
4. Prepare Financial Reports, as well as reconcile data with Collection (regarding KPA and handover customer) and Building Management (regarding the handover unit (revenue recognition) and AP & AR)
5. Prepare tax payment and supervise tax calculation & reporting (Monthly Tax and Annual handle by In House)
6. Prepare VAT Invoice and Withholding Tax Slip for vendors and customer (if needed)
7. Prepare documents for Year-End Closing and Audit Report
8. Prepare payment documents for tax consultant and auditors
9. Responsible in filing documents of the Financial Statements, JV transactions, tax related documents and Audit Reports (hardcopy and softcopy)
10. Maintain good relationship and good working attitude with coworkers and third party (tax consultant, auditor, vendors, customers if any)
