What You’ll Do:
- Assist the preparing and posting journal entries into accounting systems
- Reconciliation of bank statements, incoming payment for AR and outgoing payments for AP
- Involve in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded
- Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
- Daily operation to review the transactions that are subject to tax implications and provide the tax analysis to the relevant department
- Assist in preparing monthly tax reports (for WHT21, 23, 4 ayat2, VAT) and correct according to tax regulations.
- Ad hoc tasks from Finance Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor degree from Tax/Finance/Accounting/Management
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advance knowledge on end-to-end Finance, Accounting & Tax Processing
- Familiar with checking invoices, creating e-faktur and e-Bupot
- Holding Brevet A and B certification will be a plus
- Expert in managing data in Microsoft Excel with various functions and formulas
- Ready to work in the fast pace environment
- Willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
