Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tax administration, taxation, or a similar role.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and basic tax compliance processes.
- Familiar with tax documents such as tax invoices, withholding tax slips, and supporting tax documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with tax systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with internal teams and external tax consultants.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain organized filing of all company tax documents and records.
- Prepare and verify supporting tax documents, including invoices, withholding tax slips, tax invoices, and transaction records.
- Collect, compile, and reconcile tax-related data with accounting records before submission to the Tax Consultant.
- Prepare tax documentation and supporting schedules required for tax reporting processes.
- Ensure all tax documents and data are complete, accurate, and submitted according to established timelines.
- Coordinate with the Accounting, Finance, and Tax Consultant teams regarding tax data and documentation requirements.
- Support tax audits and tax examinations by preparing the required supporting documents.
- Monitor tax administration schedules to ensure compliance with company and regulatory deadlines.
