Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily studio operations
- Handle client communication through WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and other channels
- Respond to inquiries and assist clients starts from consultation, booking & after-sales.
- Manage inventory studio supplies and administrative reports
- Monitor & work on bookings, sales, and monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Female, 22-28 years old
- Flexible with working schedules, including weekends/public holidays when required
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any subject
- Experienced in handling customer communication through WhatsApp, DM, & similar channel
- Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable to work with targets
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in basic English
- Familiar with tattoo process is a plus.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10 AM-7 PM.
- Location: Gading Serpong - Tangerang.
