• Actively generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Conduct client visits and consultative sessions to deeply understand their HR needs.
• Analyze client challenges and recommend the most suitable assessment solutions.
• Manage and nurture client accounts with professionalism and empathy.
• Achieve partnership growth targets to scale our positive impact in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent project delivery.
• Monitor client pipelines, follow-ups, and ongoing business opportunities.
• Represent the company as a trusted talent solutions partner.
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with client-facing activities and sales targets.
• Confident in presentations, networking, and relationship building.
• Passionate about bridging psychology with HR consulting, assessment, and strategic business development.
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in modern digital workspaces (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
