We’re looking for a proactive, communicative, and target-oriented person to join our recruitment team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Source and attract potential TikTok Live talents

• Find candidates through TikTok, Instagram, social media, communities, referrals, and other platforms

• Approach and communicate with potential talents

• Conduct initial screening

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Build and maintain a talent candidate database

• Work toward monthly recruitment targets

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

✓ Active on social media

✓ Comfortable approaching new people

✓ Good at follow-ups & networking

✓ Target-oriented and proactive

✓ Able to work independently

✓ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

✓ Willing to work with a hybrid system

✓ Based in Batam

✨ PLUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience

• Sales or business development experience

• Talent scouting experience

• Experience in entertainment / live streaming

• Strong social media presence or networking

• Experience in TikTok / Instagram recruitment
