Talent Operation Manager

What We Do

We are building an online game companion platform in Indonesia. The business is entering a scaling phase, and we are hiring experienced operators to manage and grow our game companion talent team.

Responsibilities

1. Recruit, screen, train, tier, and manage game companions

2. Build companion levels, pricing, revenue share, and incentive systems

3. Monitor service quality and handle violations or disputes

4. Improve companion retention, activity, and productivity

5. Work closely with user operations to match user needs

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in game companion platforms, gaming guilds, or companion team operations

2. Strong understanding of the game companion industry

3. Deep knowledge of at least 1–2 games such as MLBB, PUBG, or Free Fire

4. Existing companion resources or recruitment channels are a plus

5. English or Mandarin can be used as a working language
