Talent Officer

Requirements (FULLTIME)

1. Bachelor's degree in any field;
2. Internship or organizational experience in content research, content creation, or social media handling is preferred;
3. Experience with celebrity/influencer endorsements, brand partnerships, and live streaming is a plus;
4. Understanding of social media platform trends and algorithms, particularly on Instagram and TikTok;
5. Professional, patient, and able to perform well under pressure, with excellent communication skills for interacting with talents/influencers;
6. Strong negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

1. Develop creative ideas, script, copywriting for endorsement deals;
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with talents/influencers;
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and clients;
4. Conduct research to identify emerging social media trends and potential talent;
5. Support talents/influencers in improving their content performance;
6. Serve as the Contact Person for assigned talent/influencer;
7. Provide support to the Talent Manager on various tasks and initiatives;
8. Develop and prepare commercial decks for clients.
