- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience minimum 1 year in talent management, preferably within the esports or entertainment industry.
- A strong network of contacts within the esports community, including professional gamers, casters, hosts, and influencers.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry contracts and legal agreements.
- Passion for esports and a deep understanding of the gaming culture.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Identify and recruit top-tier talent including professional gamers, casters, hosts, and influencers for esports events. Not limited but include talents from other industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent, agents, and agencies within the esports industry.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with talent, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with event production teams to align talent with specific event requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and logistics for talent-attending events.
- Provide support and assistance to talent throughout the event, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent, and the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
