Job Descriptions:
- Source and manage gaming talents, influencers, streamers, cosplayers, and KOLs for esports and gaming-related projects.
- Negotiate talent rates, deliverables, and usage rights within approved budgets.
- Coordinate talent schedules, appearances, rehearsals, and event timelines.
- Prepare and conduct talent briefings before campaigns and events.
- Planning talent hospitality and on-ground support during event days, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and backstage coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with agencies, managements, and independent creators within the gaming ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal teams to align talent deliverables with campaign objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of talent-related activities from pre-production to post-event reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, esports, gaming, or the entertainment industry.
- Strong network of gaming creators, streamers, esports personalities, cosplay communities, and KOL agencies.
- Experience handling talent negotiations, scheduling, and event coordination.
- Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture, trends, and communities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing on-ground talent operations and hospitality is highly preferred
