Responsibilities
- Manage talent management processes, including talent mapping and succession planning
- Manage performance management and employee development programs
- Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Identify talent and development needs based on performance and potential
- Develop training, career development, and talent retention initiatives
- Prepare HR analytics and reports related to talent and performance
- Partner with managers and stakeholders on talent development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, HRBP, or HR Development
- Strong understanding of talent mapping, succession planning, performance appraisal, and competency frameworks
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Data-driven and comfortable working with HR reports
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
