3. Apply deep platform understanding (especially TikTok) to optimize content performance and audience growth
Requirement
1. Active social media presence and proven experience in social media short video production (beauty Industry)
2. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends
3. Strong communication, creativity, and confidence presenting on camera
4. Strong sense of content trends, storytelling, and user psychology
