Talent Development Manager
Seeking for potential and money oriented Talent Development Manager who are strongly recruit and have strong courage to build the succeed career path into a real time entrepreneurship and able to lead, motivate and develop team to join us
Responsibilities :
To recruit and build potential team
To lead, motivate and develop a strong committed team to achieve the sales target
To coach the team to boost up their skills set on client profiling and business advisory
Requirements :
Preferably female
Fix Salary, Bonus recruitment, Overriding and Comission
Age 25 – 40
Related qualification with 2 years experiences in bank assurance/insurance industry/related
Based in PIK
Active in social media (Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
Sales and marketing from related field (Preferred quality RM, BM, Bancassurance, Senior Funding/Lending Specialist, Senior Account Executive Marketing, Senior investment advisor/wealth manager)
Proven Sales Management experiences on a similar role
Entrepreneurship mindset and eager for a new challenge
Good business sense and well perform analytical skills
Result-oriented, dynamic, self-driven and highly motivated to success
