Talent Booker / Model Booker

Castaway Model Management | Bali, Indonesia

We’re growing our Bali team and hiring more than one person. We’re looking for experienced model bookers, as well as people from casting, talent management, or fashion production who understand industry terminology and how a booking moves from enquiry to shoot.

You’ll work with models, international brands and creative teams in a fast-paced environment. You need to communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and keep several bookings moving at once.

- Have at least 2 years’ experience in model booking or a closely related industry role

- Understand rates, usage rights, booking terms and the production process

- Can negotiate with brands and build strong working relationships

- Write and speak excellent English

- Have a strong interest in fashion and an eye for talent

- Are outgoing, organised, hardworking and motivated

These are full-time, on-site roles in Bali. Applicants must be willing to relocate. Remuneration is based on experience, with performance bonus opportunities.
