We’re hiring a Talent and Social Media Strategist who can translate a clear creative vision into elevated, high-end content. A self-motivated creator who thinks strategically, executes with precision, brings original ideas, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Content Production. Develop strategic social media plans and concept, produce, and execute high-end content that strengthens LAFIYE’s luxury presence.
- Maintain a consistently refined, elevated aesthetic across all content. Ensure every visual element communicates sophistication, originality, and a strong creative voice.
- Brand Consistency & Evolution. Continuously refine and adapt creative output to reflect LAFIYE’s evolving persona, ensuring alignment with brand values while pushing creative boundaries with a clear understanding of the content objectives and strategy.
- Performance & Reporting. Prepare, curate, and present detailed monthly Instagram reports, offering insights and recommendations for growth and refinement.
Qualifications:
- Preferably female.
- Hands-on experience executing content within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to produce sophisticated, original contents with a deep understanding of high-end Instagram aesthetics and trends.
- Strong conceptual and executional skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities; able to guide in-house creatives and manage external partners with clarity and taste.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly collaborative.
- Willing to be the face of LAFIYE.
- Willing to work on-site at our East Jakarta office.
