- Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
- Handling a high volume of administrative tasks
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job to find suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- English skill is a must (verbal & written)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing mass hiring project, specifically sales multi financing company.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate various systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
