🎯 Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
Experience recruiting technical positions (Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or EPC industry) is an advantage.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, and social media recruitment.
Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requests to candidate onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and department heads.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment documentation.
Coordinate employment offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment administrative processes.
Strengthen the company's employer branding through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Support other HR initiatives related to employee onboarding, probation evaluation, and talent management.
