• Recommend an efficient and effective recruitment process: from posting job openings, sourcing, reviewing and screening applications, conducting psychological testing, conducting interviews, background checking to onboarding new employees.
• Reporting recruitment report.
• Responsible for On Boarding Process, HR Orientation, Gather and Analyze Employee Feedback for achieving Employee Satisfaction.
• Coordination with HRBP to achieve Manpower fulfillment
Qualification Requirements:
• Must possess at least a College/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychological Science, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development or any equivalent course
• Must have minimum 4-5 years recruitment experience.
• Having relationship with head hunter company
• Having experience in recruiting staff or manager Data Engineer, Java Programmer, Frontend/Backend, Data Scientist, dsb.
• Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies.
• Strong Leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Initiative, proactive, agile, and must be a team player
