Job Description:
- Conduct interviews for cruise line crew positions
- Coordinate with overseas partners, agencies, and internal departments
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and SOPs
- Monitor hiring progress and maintain accurate recruitment databases and reports
- Support recruitment activities to meet hiring targets and timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hospitality recruitment is preferred.
- Experience handling mass recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
