Job Description
- Handle volume hiring for operations (F&B, service, nightlife) & corporate roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, and networking
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Head of Department
- Provide hiring insights, timelines, and candidate market mapping
- Maintain and continuously optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of candidate pipelines across all roles
- Represent the brand professionally across all candidate touchpoints
- Support recruitment campaigns aligned with lifestyle & luxury positioning
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality interview experience
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Experience hiring for multiple venues i,e Restaurant, Nightlife, and Beach Club
- Strong sourcing skills and familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, active in relevant community will be advantage
- Interviewing & candidate assessment capability
- Understanding of high-volume hiring & service roles
- Strong sense of urgency & ownership
- Highly presentable & brand-conscious
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
