Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
2. Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
3. Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
4. Reviews employment applications and process pre-interview
5. Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
6. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
7. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
8. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
9. Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
10. Scheduling interview for candidate and each user
