Responsibility
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
4. Doing research based on company needs
Requirements
1. A final grade of Undergraduate student (semester 7 or 8) or fresh graduate preferably from Psychology, Management, Business Administration or
Computer Science.
2. Having wide knowledge of job portal platforms.
3. Having wide networking.
4. Persistent, willing to achieve target, good persuasive communication.
5. Energetic, High initiative, and Like to learn new things
6. Able to commit on 6 months of internship period of time
