Deskripsi pekerjaan Talent Acquisition Lazada Indonesia
- Manage the end to end recruitment process of all roles within the assigned business unit/s
- Ensure successful delivery of talent against pre-defined SLAs and KPIs
- Support & Drive best practice recruiting and hiring practices across the regional TA team
- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Uphold a focus on candidate experience, diversity and building long-term relationships
- Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
- 3- 5 Years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, from in-house and recruitment agency with good track record of hunting talents across SEA region
- Ecommerce experience would be preferable but not essential
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for a high-volume hiring environment for fast paced and growing company where priorities can change
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, senior leaders and peers alike
- Possess excellent communication skills to simplify complex issues
- Self-starter and self-motivator who thrives in ambiguous and a start-up and diverse work environment
